Music City Center
The new Music City Center offers stunning views of the Nashville skyline and, in keeping with the city's commitment to sustainable development, boasts a four-acre green roof. In addition, the building has been designed to capture Nashville's best attributes and immerse visitors in the unique character of Music City.
Accessibility
The Music City Center is committed to accommodating the needs of individuals with disabilities. The MCC complies with all federal ADA laws. Should you require special assistance and/or services, such as listening devices, wheelchairs, lifts, text telephones, or stage ramps, please contact event management for assistance or the MCC ADA Coordinator, or the Chief Operations Officer at 615-401-1450. We welcome any suggestions you may have to make your experience more enjoyable.
Ambassadors
Music City Center provides smiling, knowledgeable, and friendly Ambassadors in key locations throughout the facility to assist guests with way-finding, event schedules, and recommendations on things to do and see in Nashville.
ATM
Automated Teller Machines are located throughout Music City Center. Alert, Avail Plus, Cirrus, Discover, Honor, MasterCard, and Visa are accepted.
Business Center
Shipping, mailing, and photocopying services are available at The UPS Store in the Music City Center lobby, on level two.
Dining Outlets
In addition to food carts located in the exhibit hall, guests will find Al Taglio restaurant and Dunkin Donuts on the first floor of the Music City Center. Al Taglio features roman-style pizza, Paninis, soups, salads, craft beer, and gourmet coffee.
Emergencies
In case of an emergency, report all emergencies to the Expo Registration Center, located on level two. To reach security and medical personnel for non-emergencies inside the Music City Center, dial 1300 on a house phone or call 615-401-1300 from an outside line. House phones are located throughout the facility.
